First-Time Buyers
We understand that buying your first property can be daunting, which is why we’re here to help. Liaising with you throughout the process, we will determine how much you can borrow and advise on your deposit and the most appropriate term for your mortgage.
When required, we will also obtain a decision in principle (which will allow you to make offers) and arrange all applications, valuations, and surveys as required. Whatever your needs, we will talk you through everything, including offers from lenders and advice on fixed or variable rates.
Remortgaging

Buy to Let
When renting a property, there are similar rules to those for residential mortgages but with key differences. Rental income must be sufficient to fund the mortgage, with the lender using calculations that accommodate difficult times and unforeseen expenses.
